The coaches at Cohen Brothers Training Centers are one of the few area gyms to offer olympic wrestling in Vernon Hills and surrounding areas. We believe that wrestling is a superior workout as well as a beneficial discipline for all athletes, from the very young to the very advanced.

Our wrestling training classes will improve your skills and rank, with effective specialized coaching that can be tailored to each athlete. Cohen Brothers offers novice to advanced wrestling classes for all ages. We can also offer advice for high school and college recruitment wrestling workouts, and wrestling seminars for all students. Private wrestling classes are available as well.
